I have set myself the goal of supporting women and children. If you support women, you will automatically be able to give children a better future. And if you help children, you will improve the future of a nation.

IN THE FUTURE, WOMAN will have to place themselves more in higher positions in business, science and politics.

Future means:

DIGITIZATION, TECHNOLOGY and PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

If WOMEN specialize in these areas, EQUALITY will become an ECONOMIC factor rather than a social factor.

In my blog I will write about topics of digitization and project management based on the latest scientific literature. The sources are used for my scientific work as part of my M. Sc. Degree in Digital Management & Transformation, workshops and advanced training.

TO BE A WOMAN, in the first place, does not mean to be a mother, wife, daughter or sister. TO BE A WOMAN means to be a person with the freedom to focus on your own desires and needs.

When you are happy with yourself, the people around you are automatically happy with you too. In order to get to know yourself you always had to dare new things, try, fail and learn.
